The appointment was great! The staff was wonderful, I can’t say enough nice things about the MA who first took me into the exam room (I believe her name was Sally) she has worked in eye care for over 45 years and really put me at ease.

The staff are all great. Everyone is helpful and very professional. It’s not fun have eye issues but all the staff and Dr’s make the experience very comfortable. Nice to be a patient when you know you will be well taken care of.

The North Suburban Eye Associates staff is all so pleasant and competent. Even though, having my eyes examined is not my favorite experience, I go there routinely because their practice is personalized and they take the time to get to know you–you are not just another patient. Further, I think they really know their stuff. I feel like my eyesight is in the best hands possible.
