Keeping Patients Safe

What we are doing to keep patients safe:

After each appointment, the exam rooms are being sterilized. This includes exam chairs, all instruments, microscopes, doorknobs, computers, and light switches.

  • What do we clean with?
    • Sani-Cloth Germicidal Disposable Wipes, Lysol Disinfectant spray, Sterile Alcohol Prep Pads.

Because we are limiting the number of patients in the waiting room, we have implemented a texting service that will let patients know when they can come back into the office for their appointment, if they choose to wait in their car. Patients must still come into the office to check in.

With appointment reminders that are sent for every appointment, we are notifying all patients that they must wear a mask when in our office(s). We are also telling patients, via appointment reminders, that if they are experiencing any Covid symptoms, to call the office and reschedule their appointment.

Our staff members are following state guidelines regarding mask mandates.

All optical inquiries are by appointment only, to make an appointment in Wakefield please call 781-245-3110 and for Winchester 781-721-6767. You can now also browse our frame selection online by the Browse Frames button at the top of our website. Our Opticians are sanitizing all frames that patients touch or try on immediately after their appointment has finished.
